Where the retro changed the system

Design freeze gate formalised. Nothing enters Ship Now without frozen mocks. The Outlook Add-in accordion situation proved this rule necessary.
Design Debt
Debt items now require an explicit owner and target release at the time of deferral. Invisible debt was the root cause of the auto-sync miss.
North Star
Vision work anchored to the critique calendar. Obligation Management Dashboard and External Portal moved from ad-hoc explorations to scheduled critique sessions.
